Brief info

In the first half of my career (9yrs) I was a no pain no gain therapist and it wrecked my body. I wanted to learn Ashiatsu because I thought it looked cool. I was hooked the first time I felt a therapist's feet on me in my first class.

Everything I was trying to achieve in my hands-on massage happened almost effortlessly with barefoot massage. There is no way I could have kept up the intensity I was working at before going barefoot.

I feel like I’ll be massaging forever now.
